A deposit is required to hold the date of your trip. If the captain cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund. ANY TRIP CANCELED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE TRIP BY THE CLIENT WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF DEPOSIT. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the pick-up time and location. Safety is our number one priority; Life vests are available for everyone; children under the age of 6 must wear a PFD (Life vest) while underway. We have USCG EPRIB onboard and active at all times, 2 VHF Radios, Radar, Navigation and Sonar, First Aid Kit, and Various other emergency equipment on board. Captain Tucker also has a very diverse Music playlist and invites you to bring along the Bluetooth playlist of your favorite tunes to play on the boat sound system at a high volume when underway. Any rods and reels dropped overboard are the client's SOLE RESPONSIBILITY and will result in an extra $250 fee.
